NEW PRODUCT LAUNCH
  Following the successful launch of Differential Pressure Transducer with LCD display, Humidity cum Temperature Transmitters with display (wall mount), Humidity (RH) and Temperature Indicator (Ceiling Hanging) product range of Katlax's Controller and Instrumentation Group (CIG), this year we launched a number of new cutting-edge products from within this group.

During the Hannover 2011 exhibition, Katlax' IPG - Interface Product Group (IPG) and Controller and Instrumentation Group (CIG) launched innovative 8 I/O Wireless Junction boxes, Wireless Receivers & Transmitters and Wireless Humidity & Temperature Transmitters.

Katlax has been actively participating in the Hannover Messe exhibitions for the past two years now and competently displaying thier products, innovations, technologies and solutions. During the Hannover Messe 2011 exhibition, Katlax fetched a very good response and evoked a lot of potential enquiries for our recently launched innovative wireless products.

4/6/8 - I/O Junction Boxes x'bee
4/6/8 - I/O Junction Box units transfers status of 4/6/8 Input devices as well as activate 4/6/8 output devices through x'bee wireless communication. It has transmission range up to 50 to 60 meters for indoor application and 1.2 km for outdoor application. Its working band of frequency is 2.4 GHz. It accepts 24 VDC as a Supply Voltage. It has a very wide application in the field of machine to machine communication. It can work in Mesh topology or point to point topology. Junction box accepts M12 Socket connection of Sensor / Input device/output device. This unit has a one power on as well as 8 NO + 8 NC Input/output on Indication.
4/6/8 - I/O Junction Box MODBUS
4/6/8 - I/O Junction Box units transfers status of 4/6/8 Input devices as well as activate 4/6/8 output devices through RS 485 communication. It uses MODBUS-RTU protocol. It accepts 24 VDC as a Supply Voltage. It has a very wide application in the field of machine to machine communication. It reduces requirement of wire and reduce it to only 4 core cables (2 cores for supply & 2 cores RS 485 communication). Junction box accepts M12 Socket connection of Sensor / Input device/output device. This unit has a one power on as well as 4NO+ 4NC, 6NO+ 6NC,8NO + 8 NC Input/output on Indication. It can directly communicate with PLC which eliminates requirement of I/O module.

4/6/8 - I/O Junction Box units transfers status of 4/6/8 Input devices as well as activate 4/6/8 output devices through 11, 15 & 19 core cable. It eliminates individual wiring of each sensor and reduces no. of cores required to 11 from 12, 15 from 18 & 19 from 24 cores. It accepts wide range of supply voltages which is ranges from 10 to 30 VDC. Each Output/Input can handle output/ Input load up to 2 A. Junction box accepts M12 Socket connection of Sensor/Input Device/Output Device. This unit has a one power on as well as 4NO + 4NC, 6NO + 6NC, 8NO + 8NC Input/Output on Indication. The device is available with various cable lengths which range from 1 meter to 15 meter.

Junction box accepts M12 Socket connection of Sensor/Input Device/Output Device. This unit has a one power on as well as 4NO + 4NC, 6NO + 6NC, 8NO + 8NC Input/Output on Indication. Any right angle or straight connector can be connected to junction box.

WIRELESS RH & TEMPERATURE TRANSMITTER
 
RH & Temp. Transmitter is available with X'Bee wireless connectivity. It uses ASIC chip as a RH & Temperature measurement device.
It has accuracy 0.6 % for temperature and 3% for RH. Range of device is 0 to 100% RH and 0 to 100 ‎°C. This unit has a local Seven Segment display and it transmits 0-10 VDC / 4 to 20 mA. It can control 2 temperature (Temp. lower & temp. higher) and 2 Humidity (%RH lower & Higher) Set points. Unit is available various supply voltage option i.e. 230 VAC / 12 VDC / 24 VDc etc. it has range upto 50 to 60 meter-Indoor and 1 k.m. for outdoor application.
It has a wide application in clean room application.
WIRELESS RECEIVER
 
Wireless receiver receives data transmitted from x'bee wireless device. It accepts 24 vdc as a supply voltage and it can transfer data through RS232 communication to PC or any other device. It operates on frequency of 2.4 GHz and range upto 50 to 50 meter-indoor application and 1 k.m. for outdoor application. 16 open collector output is available to operate output and 16 output indication is also available.
