Managing Director & CEO
Chartered Engineer (IETE) with 36+ years of experience in industrial automation and connectivity. Dr. Laxman R. Katrat founded Katlax in 1993 with a vision to build world-class circular connectors in India. Under his leadership, Katlax has grown from a sensor manufacturing startup to a globally recognized connector brand serving 35+ countries. He leads the company's strategic direction, R&D initiatives, and global expansion roadmap.
Mr. M R Pandhi
Non-Executive Director
A seasoned professional with 35+ years of expertise in audit, taxation, corporate law, and finance, Mr. Pandhi provides critical governance and financial oversight to the Katlax board. His counsel ensures the company's growth is built on a foundation of sound financial management and regulatory compliance.
Ms. Karishma Katrat
Director — Sales & Marketing
B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering. Karishma's decade-long career started as a Trainee Engineer on the shop floor, giving her hands-on exposure to manufacturing processes, quality standards, and product engineering before moving into leadership. She now leads Sales & Marketing at Katlax — driving strategic business development, customer engagement, market expansion, and product positioning across industrial automation, circular connectors, cable assemblies, and customized connectivity solutions. Her tenure has contributed to revenue growth, entry into new domestic and international markets, and successful new-product launches while mentoring cross-functional teams of 40–50 professionals.
Ms. Krutika Katrat
Director — People, Compliance & Administration
Integrated M.Tech in Biotechnology with a multidisciplinary background spanning entrepreneurship, people management, HR, statutory and organizational compliance, business development, and digital marketing. Krutika oversees People & Compliance, Human Resources, and Factory Administration at Katlax — from workforce administration and employee engagement to organizational policies, statutory and labour compliance, workplace welfare, and factory-level administration. She works closely with management and cross-functional teams to align people practices with organizational needs and foster a structured, responsible, and positive work environment.
Mr. Karan Katrat
Director — Business Development
A management graduate with a growth-oriented approach to sales, marketing, business development, and customer relationship management. Karan focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities — exploring new markets, participating in exhibitions and industry events, generating and converting prospective leads, and deepening engagement with existing customers. He also contributes to new product verticals by tracking evolving customer requirements and market trends, bringing a customer-centric, commercially focused approach to Katlax's overall business growth.

Corporate Brand Manager
As Corporate Brand Manager, Ms. Ananya Katrat leads Katlax's brand strategy, corporate communications, and marketing initiatives. She shapes how Katlax engages with customers, partners, and the wider industry across digital and physical channels.

General Manager
As General Manager, Mr. Akhilesh Tripathi oversees cross-functional coordination between sales, production, and support functions at Katlax. He ensures smooth day-to-day execution of business operations and drives continuous improvement across the organization.
