• Adopt quality system based on ISO: 9001. Deliver products meeting customer requirements. Select and maintain suppliers to meet quality requirement.
• Motivate and involve personnel through training and provide adequate resources to meet quality objectives.
• Build organization in such a manner that by 2007-08, 50% of the revenue will be generating by exports and 50% from domestic by 2010, 80% of revenue will be generating by exports and 20% from domestic.
• To achieve this target the areas of development will be identified like manufacturing facilities, equipments, manpower etc.
