It was a great pleasure to see and read colorful Kaltax news letter. Hats off to Mr. Laxman R. Katrat (MD & CEO) whom I know since more than three and half decade, always progressive and enthusiastic . He started his business from a dot and now he has spread wings to international platform with great confidence and proud. A sincere hardworking and a dedicated person Mr. Laxman R. Katrat, I very well remember how hard he has worked to design and sell his product and established the tremendous. confidence of customers in their products as well as after sales service and support. I have successfully used his products which are of very high reliability, proven and modified to incorporate latest technology as well as based on feedbacks for the better utilization to the customer. Greetings. Its pleasure to see upcoming first issue of Katlax Newsletter. The days are gone where only bigger machineries manufacturer create the corporate identity. I am happy that today Katlax has embossed its strong foot print in this sector with its professional approach towards market with personal touch in dealing. In plastics industry, being a ancillary equipment manufacturer, Prasad Group was considered tiny organization once upon a time. Co-incidently,.Prasad has grown together with Katlax and now proudly become 100 crore group in Plastics Industry. Since beginning the support from Katlax was specific. As an Indo German Joint venture company, we are bound to use German make sensors and proximity switches. It was not easy to switch to local brand as our focus is on long term reliability. We must appreciate that Katlax has taken a challenge and has offered sensors which surpassed all the desired tests. Katlax is not only our supplier but they are our design partner in so many cases, where desire sensors are developed for particular application. Now the economy is growing multifaceted and everyone has a tremendous opportunity to grow. What we found in Katlax was their focus in market. Apart from supplier customer relationship, I am also enjoying friendly relationship with Mr. Laxman Katrat. I always found him focused on his strength and not diverting his vision. It is not easy to fight with European multinational for quality and at the same time maintaining competitiveness to win against Chinese and Taiwanese products. With its distinct segment Katlax has achieved it in most of the sectors. I found their biggest strength is in accepting their weaknesses and improve upon it. I wish all the Katlax team a bright future. |

Kudos to Team Katlax for bringing out the Katlax newsletter and sharing information on new developments at Katlax with their customers and other business partners. Erhardt+Leimer India (E+L) has been a business partner of Katlax for almost two decades. Faced with competition from cheap imitations, E+L had approached Katlax for developing several proximity sensors in the past as import substitution. Our experience has been that Katlax has been able to successfully develop these sensors with short development times. Time to market has been Katlax's greatest strength and I think should remain so in future for retaining its competitive edge. Katlax products have been of very good quality and excellent reliability. I compliment the young development team at Katlax for their efforts. I thank Katlax for contributing to our import substitution and cost reduction efforts. With some more focus on improving the finish and aesthetics of its products, Katlax, I am sure will be in a position to benchmark its products against the likes of Pepperl+Fuchs, Balluff, Sick, Leuze etc. I would also like to compliment Mr Laxman Katrat, the founder and CEO of Katlax, who has been the guiding spirit behind establishing Katlax as a significant name in the field of sensors and automation products.
